JOUKO`S 2 OLD BEDS LEFT ON THE ATTIC FOR 20 YEARS GET A GLORIOS REBIRTH IN OUR GARAGE Phase one: 1. Screwing the 4 peaces together to get one bed set. 2. Making a new wooden base ( the darker one of two on the photo 1) below the mattress for the other bed. 3. Washing both beds of 20 years dust by a painter`s special liquid. 4. Making the beds dry by keeping them in the heating room of the house for 2 ours. The broken paint areas are seen here and there 1 Phase two: 1. Lifting the bed set on the working table to help work. 2. Sawing two similar peaces of floor laminate ( the dark brown peace in front of the upright plate behind). 3. Putting the laminate peaces on the both sides of the former one that was broken. 3. Fixing the laminate peaces by three screws. It takes 3, 5 ours untill this. So the preparatory work before the painting takes about one half of the total time. 2 Phase three: 1. Preparing an adekvate mixture of the paint called Futura White. 2. Painting the beds once at first. 3. The second painting after 24 ours. Untill now it takes 7, 5 hours. You see the splended result! 3 JL 25112011
